Triangle near Des Moines, Iowa (USA)
State Director Beverly Trout reported the sighting by a witness on the way to work at the VA Hospital of a brilliant white-lit triangle on March 1, 2006 at 5 a.m. The duration of the sighting was 19 minutes.
